Phylon for Shoes’s Material
PT. Kezia Solindo International has also developed mid sole from Phylon. The slippers made of phylon are cheaper than Polyurethane, but the cost for creating Phylon’s Mold is expensive.
Phylon is very light in weight, low-profile and responsive. Phylon is made of EVA foam pellets that are compressed, heat expanded and then cooled in a mold. Compression-molded Phylon mid soles can be sculpted into a variety of designs that can be identified by its fine wrinkles.
